The Wild Robot Animal Adaptation Program

Children and teens are invited to participate in our Wild Robot programs throughout the summer.

Join us on July 13 at our Wild Robot Animal Adaptation Program to:

  • Learn how Roz uses camouflage as an adaptation in The Wild Robot.

  • Share your knowledge about other wild animals and their habitats and bodies to create your own recycled costumed animal adaptation body part.

  • Participate in additional animal adaptation stations, too, by learning how penguins repel water off their feathers and polar bears keep warm in the winter.

Best for ages 5 and up.  We encourage you to begin reading the book by Peter Brown, but those that are just wild animal lovers are welcome, too.
