Teletalk Booth

Need a place to have a private conversation? We have the perfect spot for you!

The Red Bank Public Library has installed a new semi-soundproof Teletalk Booth for patron use. Our Teletalk booth can be used for:

  • Telehealth discussions with your doctor

  • Private business calls

  • Virtual court dates and legal consultations

  • Virtual job interviews and meetings

The Teletalk Booth is equipped with a small workstation and outlets, making it a perfect spot to get business done. Patrons can pre-reserve time in our Teletalk Booth. If no one is scheduled, the Booth is available for walk-ins.

To reserve in advance:

Stop by the Reference Desk, or call us at (732) 842-0690 ext. 111.

Using the Teletalk Booth:

  • Check in at the Reference Desk before using. Patrons with appointments have priority.

  • All appointments are one hour. You may extend for another hour if the booth is available. No one can have more than two hours a day.

  • The Library has laptops and iPads available for use in the booth. Ask at Reference.

  • To ensure privacy, please remember to keep your voice low.
