Using guided prompts, we invite you into the storytelling mindset, helping you process emotions and experiences. All you have to do is go with the flow, allow yourself to open up, and see what comes through to the page. Studies have shown that reflective writing enhances resilience, improves moods, and increases coping skills. 

Jennifer Shields is a  licensed professional counselor, who has been listening to other people’s sacred stories for more than 25 years. With her guidance, participants will have opportunities to cultivate and read their writing. No writing experience necessary.
