The Mindful Hour

The Mindful Hour is a new program which will be offered on the first and third Friday’s of the month at 1 PM. It will be hosted by Dr. Carol Penn. It will be held in the library’s backyard, or, in case of inclement weather, in the Meeting Room. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.

The program will include Yoga, Meditation, Tai Chi and other globally proven mindset and movement techniques. Dr. Penn, a local Red Bank resident, is a family medicine doctor, whose background in science, combined with her expertise in meditation and movement allows her to focus on mind body medicine; arts medicine, nutrition medicine, emphasizing prevention and wellness to optimize human potential.

Please bring a yoga mat to the program.
